Most of our products are shipped using Ground Shipping from carriers such as UPS or FedEX. We will email you with all carrier information as well as the estimated time of delivery. We strongly encourage you to track your package either online or through the carrier’s website/phone. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, you can also contact us for help.
About Standard Ground (UPS/FedEX)
Regular, small and lightweight parcels are shipped via FedEx and UPS. Transit times vary nationwide from 7 to 10 days. Please note these are regular times, but your package may be delivered sooner (in fact, most do).
No signature is required (unless delivered to a business location). The driver will leave your parcel in a dry and safe area in case no one receives the package or leave a note with directions in obtaining your parcel if there is no safe location to leave it.
If this is the case, please contact the carrier directly in order to schedule another time for them to send your products home.
How Soon Will My Order Ship?
Most orders are processed 24 to 48 hours after the order has been received, also depending on the time it was placed.
Our warehouses process and arrange your order as fast as possible. Refer to our “Ships in” estimates found on the “Shipping” section of each product page.
Most of our items ship quickly. Customized products have longer processing times to fit your requests.
Where We Deliver
We ship to the contiguous United States. At this time we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. This includes PO boxes in the US.
If you would like to have items ship internationally, including Canada, we strongly suggest you to contact us prior to placing your order so we can give you a shipping and transit quote.

If you’d like to send to multiple shipping addresses, you can simply place a separate order for each address.
Please note items ordered together in some cases may be shipped separately. Shipping charges (if any) include order processing, item selection, packing and transportation.
