Placing an Order
To place an order you have two options:
- Online: This is the preferred method. You can browser all our products and add those you like to the cart. Once you are satisfied with the options, you can click on the right hand side and proceed to checkout. Once the order is complete you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details and more information. This should be received in a minute or two. Please contact us should you have not received it after 10 minutes.
- Phone: Please contact one of our services representatives should you need to order by phone. We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 877-882-0484. Note orders placed on weekends either online or over the phone will be processed the next business day.
Once you have placed your other, no matter if this is online or over the phone, you should receive a confirmation email. This email contains important information about your order. In the unlikely event the item requested is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email and you will be able to choose wether you’d like another product or a full refund.
Most of our products ship in 24 to 48 hours depending on the time of day the order was processed. Note this does not take into consideration weekends or national holidays, in which cases shipping will occur the next business day.
We ship to the contiguous United States. At this time we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. This includes PO boxes in the US.
If you would like to have items ship internationally, we strongly suggest you to contact us prior to placing your order so we can give you a shipping and transit quote.
All products offered by BarStoolsOnly.com are brand-new and supported by valid manufacturer´s warranties. Note these warranties work differently for each manufacturer. Information about the warranty is provided as part of the product description in our website. If you receive a faulty product or have any problems within the warranty period, please contact us so we can assist you on the next steps.
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders will get full refund provided the order has not yet been shipped by the manufacturer. We will inform you wether or not the order can be cancelled.
If you try to cancel your order after 48 hours from the initial order date, it will be subject to a $20 administration fee wether or not the order has been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information. Note that a cancellation email or phone call does not mean your order will get cancelled, as we have to verify the order has not yet been shipped. We will contact you back with a status of the cancellation as soon as we have information.
